Hive Token Generator

This is an unofficial 3rd party site for generating Hive Authentication Tokens designed for use with Smart Things Handler.

This page takes your Hive Username & Password and produces JSON Authentication Token. You will need to temporarly disable Two Factor Authentication from within the Hive App. No information is send to any server apart from this one cognito-idp.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com which is where the previous example in the forum suggested.

You can find more information about why this was designed here: https://community.smartthings.com/t/release-hive-connect-v3-2c-british-gas-hive/103473 I have taken the example provided and rolled it into a service which is easier to use for non-programmers. Using this will replace steps 10 - 20.
